This is my second time visting St Maarten and stay in the same great location. Noahs place is the amazing. Right on the beach, easy parking, great Restaurants , safe, view of airplanes landing and right next to the Morgan hotel. PHOTOS are 100% accurate. Place was clean and with awesome view of the beach from the balcony. There is a private beach right downstairs and everything was easy to find and great communication from Noah. Thanks again for the another great trip to SXM which felt like home... 10/10

We were in St. Maarten when tropical storm (aka hurricane) Erin came by, resulting in our departure flight being canceled 🤦‍♀️ we were able to quickly secure Noah’s condo - very near to where we had been. It was really nice and fit our needs perfectly. We didn’t get to spend much time there, but loved every minute. The property manager (Kaya) is amazing! So helpful and engaging! We will stay here the next time we come to this island!!

Okay y’all! This air bnb was actually one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. I went for my 30th birthday with my 3 other girlfriends and we were in love! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Noah has a beautiful place over looking the beach and literally right next to a bar/restaurant. Everything Noah said in the description and the way he explained where to look and who to find was easy. We were picked up from the airport by Simon who was holding a happy birthday sign for me. And we also treated to some fresh fruit by Kaya, the gardener, who was also super sweet. The ONLY “con” I would say is that the body wash bottle in the shower was filled with water, but even that wasn’t a big deal because we brought our own soap anyways. Noah, from the bottom of my heart thank you for such an amazing experience for my 30th birthday. I almost don’t wanna say too much so I can keep this place to myself! Haha.. I’ll definitely be back soon :)

Noah was a very great host, answered to all my needs and questions immediately! Bnb looked just like the photos and super clean. Area and activities were walkable from the place we stayed. Loved the check in experience, easy and straight to the point.

I can’t say enough about my stay. The ambiance is BREATHTAKING!!!! The views were everything. When I say peaceful, private, and relaxing, Noah’s place is giving it!!! The famous Maho Beach is right next to the property like 5 mins or less walk. Noah and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Noah and Kaya, were very accommodating. Anything, I needed Noah was at arm reach. I was on a solo birthday trip and I felt safe. I will definitely stay again.

I wish I knew about Noah’s place earlier. It was absolutely perfect. The grounds are always protected by security and the apartment itself is so clean. The check in was the easiest I’ve ever had with air bnb. He took us in on such short notice because the initial air bnb we were staying at didn’t have running water, a common issue on the French side. His place is on the Dutch side right on the most popular beaches on the island. It’s also right next door (walking distance) to the SALT restaurant which has phenomenal coffee and amazing service. The ground keeper was also so helpful and so kind. I cannot recommend this place enough. Most importantly, everybody treated us with kindness and respect. It seems that is a quality lost to the hosts on the French side. Thank you Noah, and the entire team.

Unbeatable place to stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Includes fresh/filtered water and a coffee maker with ground coffee provided. The Morgan resort/hotel is next door and offers access to amenities for $60/day, but I found that unnecessary as there were so many other local options within walking distance. Approaching aircraft are visible from the balcony. Overall, fantastic experience with absolutely no complaints!

A Perfect Stay Near Maho Beach! We had an incredible experience at Noah’s Airbnb in St. Maarten! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Maho Beach and plenty of restaurants, and tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area that felt like our own little oasis. The place was spotless, private, and even more spacious than the photos show. The view on the balcony is stunning!! We got up every morning to watch the planes land and have a relaxing morning coffee. Noah was a fantastic host. He was responsive, kind, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We also want to shout out Kaya, the friendly gardener who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even shared fresh mangos with us! This Airbnb is ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway or even a solo travel wanting a safe secure location. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful 5-day stay in St. Martin. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Noah was an incredibly friendly and responsive host—he made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. I really appreciated his quick communication and warm hospitality. What an amazing stay I can honestly say this is the most perfect locations . Ocean front cries don’t disappoint, from watching the panes to see the cruise ship sail in the distance Noah’s place is the best bang for your buck . Not to mention the very warm feeling and care if the property with nice garden to hang out in a private beach area and right next to the Morgan and sandbar and directly in front of the airport . Fully equipped kitchen . Noah and his staff hands down the most hospitable Stay I ever had
