We were headed to Montserrat and needed to stay in Sint Maarten for a couple of nights. We lucked out finding this place! It is located close to the airport and you can watch the planes take off and land very close to the property. Kaya, the onsite property manager, greeted us upon arrival and was available throughout our stay. He made us delicious welcome smoothies! The place was spacious (king size bed and full size pull out sofa) and the access to the private beach was AMAZING. It is in walking distance to a market, restaurants and a casino. We enjoyed every meal we had on that side of the island. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed this corner apartment with great views. Large wrap-around balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. This place had everything we needed, and since we had a rental car, it was a good jumping off place to all the different beaches in St Martin. Noah was very responsive during our stay (Locally, I recommend Moulin Fou French restaurant, a short walk away, superb!)

We had a great stay at Noah’s place. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, the local market and the bus stop, which made it very convenient. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and hearing the music from the Sandbar next door. Noah was very responsive throughout our stay, and Kaya and Vivian were welcoming and helpful with any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again or at any of Noah’s other apartments.

Great location, close to the airport! Beautiful view of the sea and planes landing and taking off! Nice outdoor furniture for relaxing and eating outdoors! Walking distance to many restaurants and beach bars. AC worked great. The onsite staff helped with changing towels and provided extra linens. Easy communication! Definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process easy. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo on Maho Beach! The apartment was exactly as described. Everything felt comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The location truly can’t be beat. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around effortless. A special thank you to Kaya, who was incredibly helpful throughout the stay. He was responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect spot near Maho Beach!

Beautiful place just like the pics! View is amazing! Only recommdation is hand soap please Noan & yall bring bug spray for the mosquitos! I would definitely stay in any of his places again!

My son and I stayed at Noah's beautiful condo next to Maho Beach in late February, 2026. The property is expertly maintained and comfortably furnished. It is conveniently located steps away from Maho Beach and several restaurants/bars, and less than a quarter mile from a local grocer and other restaurants. Upon arrival at SXM Airport, my son and I actually decided to walk from SXM to this condo and it took about 15-20 minutes. The walk wasn't bad at all, though frequent taxis are available. The property was located in a very nice, quiet building and the bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend Noah's home when you are visiting the Isalnd.

My partner and I loved our stay. Noah was very accommodating and available throughout our stay for any questions that would arise. The unit was clean and conveniently located. The concierge provided us with fresh fruit— that was a plus. Overall, we are very happy with this stay and look forward to returning!
