**Resort Access: Day passes for the neighboring Morgan Resort amenities (pool, gym, etc.) are available for purchase directly from the resort for $60 per person, per day. **Accessibility: Our condo is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by an elevator. Please be aware that in the rare event of elevator maintenance, access would require climbing three flights of stairs. **Check-in/Check-out: We offer flexible check-in and check-out times upon request, subject to availability. An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a fee of $35 for each. **On-Site Support: As a private residential building, we offer a serene escape with on-site housekeeping and maintenance available most days to enhance your stay.
