**Housekeeping:** Our on-site housekeeping and maintenance team is available most days to ensure your stay is comfortable and seamless. **Elevator Access:** The condo is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by an elevator. In the rare event of elevator maintenance, guests may need to use three flights of stairs to access the unit. **Optional Add-on: Resort Access:** For an additional $60 per person, per day, you can purchase a day pass to the adjacent Morgan Resort. This pass grants you access to their exclusive amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. **Optional Add-on: Flexible Timing:** Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Great location right next to Maho beach with lots of restaurants bars and fun things to do around, very close to Simpson bay. Apartment was spotless and with an amazing view of the ocean from your private balcony. Has everything you need. Building very friendly, people working here are very nice. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Fantastic location and just as advertised. Noah was a great host and was really quick with communication throughout the entire stay. Apartment was great with beautiful views oh Maho Beach and the sea. The sunsets from the balcony were truly stunning. Lots of beach bar restaurants within walking distance and they were all great especially The driftwood boat bar.Fantastic crew in there. . Maho beach is a fun place to hang out and if you like planes it’s a bonus. Watching planes come and go from the balcony is a bonus too. Definitely coming back for more. ☘️✈️🏝️

This location was absolutely perfect and better than I expected. It was actually walkable from the airport which although not 100% with a sidewalk, was only about a 15 minute walk and was great without luggage. It was well priced especially for the area and the unit was clean. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and since I flew in just for one night to plane watch, it was perfect to catch other flights when I wasn’t down at Maho Beach. When you step out of the building, Sunset Bar and Maho are literally steps away making it even more convenient than I thought from Google Maps. Noah was very fast and responsive. I’m especially grateful for his timeliness and communication as I didn’t book until I landed and was through customs. I switched up my game plan and instead of going straight to to the beach first, I went to the unit and by the time I got there, already had the instructions. Thank you, will be back!

We got a fortunate last minute booking here after an unexpected airport closure. Ideal location with the airport, beach, and restaurants right at hand! The property was clean with a great view. Great value too, we would definitely book here again.

Great location near Maho Beach with awesome views of the planes landing. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot to enjoy Sint Maarten for a few days. Would stay again.

It was better than we had anticipated. Beyond our expectations, the setting was much better than we could have imagined. If you already know what Maho Beach is famous for, you're going to love it. There was enough of room on the balcony to relax and take in the flyovers after a day at the beach.
