Stair Access: Our condo is on the second floor and is accessible by an elevator. In the rare event of elevator maintenance, guests may need to use one flight of stairs. Flexible Check-in/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for a fee of $35 each. Please inquire about availability in advance. On-Site Support: For your convenience, housekeeping and maintenance staff are available on-site most days.

beautiful place!!! the view was amazing and the room was clean, kitchen stocked with all the needed utilities. very close to airport, beaches and bars. Noah and Kaya very friendly and kind! we hope to come back soon.

My son and I stayed at Noah's beautiful condo next to Maho Beach in late February, 2026. The property is expertly maintained and comfortably furnished. It is conveniently located steps away from Maho Beach and several restaurants/bars, and less than a quarter mile from a local grocer and other restaurants. Upon arrival at SXM Airport, my son and I actually decided to walk from SXM to this condo and it took about 15-20 minutes. The walk wasn't bad at all, though frequent taxis are available. The property was located in a very nice, quiet building and the bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend Noah's home when you are visiting the Isalnd.

This is a good option if you plan to explore more remote areas or want to have your own transportation. Bus: The island has a public bus system that serves the main tourist areas. The buses are cheap and run frequently, but can be crowded and may not be the most efficient option for longer trips. Boat: For a unique and scenic way to get around, you can take a boat ride between the different parts of the island. This is a good option if you want to explore the coast and visit the smaller islands and cays that surround Sint Maarten.
